Co-President and Vice President – Lynn Zeman, RN, BSN
- Lynn graduated from UCLA in 1964 with a BSN. She joined Alpha Tau Delta in 1962, joined Gamma Pi Alumni Chapter, and has been on the board since that time. In 2003, at the Biennial ATD convention, she was elected the National Vice President, and in that capacity serves as Scholarship Chairperson. She retired from school nursing in 1999, but still works part time for the Lawndale School District, and also does audiometric testing of parochial school students. Co-President and Treasurer – Joni Cohen, PhD, RN
- Joni was elected Co-President of Alpha Tau Delta in August 2007 and has also been serving as the National Treasurer since May of 2002. She first became involved in ATD when she was an undergraduate at the UCLA School of Nursing and has been a member of the Gamma Pi Alumni Chapter since her graduation. She is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in psychiatric-mental health nursing and works part-time at the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Administration. She also teaches at Mount St. Mary’s College, the Graduate Nursing School of Western University of Health Sciences, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Nursing. She also maintains a private practice as a psychiatric nurse therapist. She has a particular interest in the relationship between the mind-body connection and its impact on health and well-being. She has been working with complementary therapies for more than 20 years, including stress management, acupuncture, therapeutic touch, guided imagery, and psychodrama. Her research interest is improving health care outcomes in socially vulnerable populations. Recording Secretary – Danielle Mountan, RN, BSN
- Danielle was elected as National Recording Secretary of Alpha Tau Delta in August 2013. She has served on the National Board as Co-Secretary since 2007. She first became involved in ATD when she was an undergraduate at Mount St. Mary’s and has been a member of both Gamma Pi and Alpha Theta Pi Alumni Chapters since her graduation in 2007. Corresponding Secretary – Paul Matthew Barreto, RN, MSN
- Paul was elected as National Corresponding Secretary of Alpha Tau Delta in August 2013. He first became involved with ATD in 2011 he assisted in the installation of the Alpha Epsilon chapter at UC Irvine. Convention Chairperson – Trisha Gonzalez, RN, BSN
- Trisha was elected as National Convention Chairperson of Alpha Tau Delta in August 2013. She first became involved in ATD when she was an undergraduate at Mount St. Mary’s College and has been both a member of Gamma Pi and Alpha Theta Pi Alumni Chapters since her graduation in 2007. Before being elected to the role of Convention Chairperson, she served as National Co-Secretary 2007-2013.
Editor/Historian – Ashley Zamudio Tribiana, RN, BSN
- Ashley became National Editor/Historian of Alpha Tau Delta in July 2010. She first became involved in ATD as an undergraduate at Mount St. Mary’s College. After graduation in 2009, she helped start the Alpha Theta Pi Alumni Chapter. She currently works on the Pediatric Unit at Kaiser Permanente LAMC. She can be reached at ashleyzamudio@gmail.com
